Common Questions
Why is a product price different between businesses?
U-BE maintains business-aware pricing. The same product can have different B2B/B2C rules in different Business Units.
When does product cost change?
The pricing engine uses the product cost maintained through the Goods Receipt process. Existing posted transactions retain their historical price.
Why can I not see confidential margins?
Pricing margins and cost information are restricted to authorized users. Transaction users receive the applicable selling price without exposing the confidential rule.
